NUMI | Nutrition Mind Center was established in 2015 with the goal of providing our community with better and healthier lifestyle choices. Founded by a nutrition medical doctor along with her chef husband, NUMI Center carefully selects only safe and high quality products. Our partners must disclose all ingredients and/or processing method, including supporting documents as a part of our curation requirement. This ensures honest labelling ie organic when it is CERTIFIED organic, no hidden ingredients.

We offer a wide range of specialty foods such as dairy free, gluten free, vegan, paleo, ketogenic and natural skincare to environmentally-safe cleaning products.

All food products in NUMI Center are:

Free of added MSG

Free of artificial additives (sweetener, coloring, flavoring, preservatives), non hydrogenated oils

Free of GMOs

All non-food products in NUMI Center are:

Free of petroleum, mineral oils

Free of SLS, SLES, parabens

Minimally scented, mostly using essential oil and flavour oil

BYOB – Bring Your Own Bag

We believe being healthy should not cost us our earth either; so we encourage you to bring your own shopping bag, refund your glass bottles/jars, and recycle your plastic containers.

NUMI | Nutrition Mind Center Wellness Clinic provides one-on-one wholistic nutrition consultations and science-based clinical hypnotherapy certified by Adi W Gunawan Institute.
