Shipping fee is based on current rates by local companies

Including JNE, J&T, Ninja, SiCepat. Numi does not charge for additional packaging or extras beyond the standard rates.

We currently only accept bank transfer directly to BCA (Bank Central Asia). Banking details will be provided at time of checkout prior to your order being processed.

Delivery time is based on the policy of the shipping company that was chosen. Many companies provide 2-5 business day turn around and in some cases they may be faster. Numi will process your order as quickly as we can as soon as payment is confirmed.

Personal data like (name, address, phone number, email address, etc) are kept in our server and only used for processing your order or contacting you directly and will be provided to any 3rd party shipping company as requires.

Our team will process your order within 1-2 business days as far as possible. We will arrange for the chosen shipping company to take your package and deliver to you as per their policy. You will be contacted directly prior to or after processing if their are any details that need attention.

An electronic invoice will be provided to you via the email address given at time of purchase. We do not give paper invoices unless requested directly before processing the order.
