Almonds for taste. Rice for texture

Whether you pour Rude Health Almond Drink on cereal, in cappuccinos or straight into a glass, we know that texture is as important as taste. That’s why Rude Health only use rice, which brings a satisfying creaminess and subtle sweetness that perfectly balances the rich flavour of our roasted Italian almonds. We could use gums or thickeners, but we’d rather give you an oooohhh than an eeewww.

How we like it:

the angelic way: splash it into a glass, give thanks to the gods of good taste, then drink it pure, neat, just like that.

If you’re feeling nutty, it can be the latte in your caffe or cocoa. Or why not mash it into your potatoesor cook up a curry? Two of our favorite indulgences are creme brulee and pannacotta.

Ingredients:

water, rice, almonds (1%), sunflower oil, seasalt
