Glutinous rice is one of a key ingredients for traditional delicacies. It is absolutely gluten free, so it is a good option of ingredients for those that are sensitive to gluten. From sweet porridge with coconut milk to fermented sweet black glutinous rice, and much more. Available in white and black glutinous rice, the letter is also beneficial for reducing sugar blood level.

Storage instruction:

to extend the freshness and quality of this sticky rice, once you have opened the package, transfer sticky rice in airtight containers. To maintain quality, we recommend our customers to limit their rice stock for one month consumption only

Preparation:

Soak the rice for 4-6hours. Steam rice for 20minutes, pour it with hot water (still in the steamer) then continue steaming for another 20minutes or until its soft and tender
