Apple vinegar – Naturally derived, uncooked, unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally cloudy. This naturally cloudy apple vinegar is produced in the traditional way.

Apple Cider Vinegar is naturally cloudy cider vinegar in Demeter and Organic quality, produced in our natural juicing facility in the traditional way. In a first step, the carefully pressed juice of aromatic apples is naturally fermented to cider. Finally, we extract the popular, spicy cider vinegar from the apple cider. Unfiltered, non-pasteurised – a natural product that is valuable and highly esteemed. We recommend our cider vinegar as a seasoning to refine salads, as a beverage diluted with water and sweetened with honey or diluted for natural body care.
