Chinese Five Spices / Bumbu Ngohiong

A mixture of 5 different spices; Fennel, Sichuan Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon and Star Anise. This reddish brown-coloured spice is suitable for Chinese foods, especially to rub meat/chicken.

Merupakan perpaduan dari 5 bumbu khas yaitu Adas, Merica, Cengkeh, Kayu Manis dan Pekak. Berwarna cokelat kemerahan, cocok digunakan untuk masakan khas China dengan daging/ayam.
