The method to cook beef or chicken black pepper sauce is coat beef/chicken with cornstrach, heat oil in skillet, saute beef until half done. Set aside. Add peppers and onion, saute for 2 mins. Pour in 100ml water and Bamboe spices, stir for 5 mins until cooked throughly and thickened. Serve hot.
