Tom Yum is a Thailand soup dish. It is clear, spicy, sour and fragrant, and is popular in bigger cities in Indonesia.
Them method to cook tom yum is boil water ,cook shrimp/fish/squid half done. Discard the water and set aside. Boil 750ml fresh water ,add lemongrass ,lime leaves. Add Bamboe spice mix and mushroom. Just before serving bring to a boil , add the half done shrimp/fish/squid. Cook for another 3 mins. Add 1 tsp fish sauce , lime juice and cilantro. Tom yum ready to serve .
Tom yum ingredients are shallot, garlis, salt, vegetable oil, lime juice, galangal, coriander, turmeric, lemongrass, pepper, cilantro, yeast extract, and acidity regulator.
